Meridian Gallery
Hand made studio pottery coffee cup and saucer by the lady pottery, Marianne De Trey (1913-2016) c1970. They are decorated with thick brown and creamy coloured glazes.
Impressed with the scallop shell studio mark.
Her pottery was at Shinner’s Bridge near Dartington, Devon which was then taken over by Colin Kellam.
Size –
Cup – 6cm high & 8cm diameter
Saucer – 12.5cm diameter
I have 5 sets, all have slight variances in the sizes.

Impressed makers mark.
Condition –
No chips, cracks or restorations.
Pin holes in the glaze, from the making.
Vintage item with some evidence of use and wear.
