Danish Studio Pottery VASE by Birthe Vedel Howard

A finely made Scandinavian studio pottery vase by Birthe Vedel Howard (b1932)

Hand thrown and decorated with glossy glazes. A delicate running green at the top and a creamy coloured lower parts. Incised makers mark on the underside.

More substantial than the size suggests – quite heavily potted.

14.5cm diameter

Marks –
Incised “Howards Denmark” on the underside.

Condition –
NO chips, cracks or restorations.
Some crazing to the green glaze.
Vintage item with some but minimal evidence of use.
