A late 19th century Bretby Art Pottery bag shaped wall pocket decorated with an olive green glaze. Impressed makers marks on the underside. Including the Bretby Sunrise mark and the shape number 729.

This design reminds me of the work of Dr Christopher Dresser and the patterns created for the Linthorpe Pottery and Ault

Arts and Crafts Copper Candlestick – stock #37320

An arts and crafts period copper chamber candlestick dating to c1900. It has a simple clean undecorated design with a single rolled handle attached with a copper rivet. The candle holder is soldered on to the base, as made. Finished with a nicely planished hammered surface.

The maker of this item is not known (to me). It is unsigned and unattributed.
