A mid crentury modern litsch design Poole Pottery trinket dish in the shape of a sword designed by Robert Jefferson. Illustrated in the 1964 factory sales catalogue as shape number “390 Tray” available in olive green. There were 10 different shapes in this series.

Poole Pottery – Twintone Tea Set o Tray – stock #87817

A mid 1960’s Poole Pottery tea set on a tray from the Twintone range of domestic wares. This deligthtful set comprises of a Teapot, sugar bowl, milk jug and two tea cup set upon a twin handled tray wtih indents for each piece. This example has a mottled grey outer colour with pink interior.

Excellent condition with printed marks on the underside.

A post war design Poole Pottery “freeform” vase decorated with a modernist pattern on an off-white satin glaze with a pale pink satin glaze inside.

Shape number 351, most likely designed by Alfred Read im the late 1950’s.
