GRAYS POTTERY – Art Deco Design TANKARD – stock #14718

A fine looking original art deco design large mug or tankard by the Gray’s Pottery. It has a barrel shape with a large looping handle and is decorated with a stylised art deco pattern of leaves and flowers on a mustard yellow coloured back ground glaze. The lower section is ribbed and decorated with green and red bands. There is a gilt top rim and line on the handle.

Printed factory marks on the underside of an ancient sailing boat.

Myott Son & Co – Art Deco ITR Pattern Jug – stock #21518

A striking original art deco pattern jug by Myott Son & Co pottery dating to the later part of the 1930’s. Decorated with a hand painted pattern with a repeating “ITR” motif within brown and orange bands with black top band and handle. Pattern number 8387.
