A mid 1930s art deco design art pottery ewer by Crown Ducal decorated with the “Green Dragon” pattern designed by Charlotte Rhead. This pattern is also known as “Manchu” and features a green Chinese Dragon with gold crest within blue and green borders.

Wilkinson’s Oriflamme

Wilkinson’s Oriflamme Ginger Jar – stock #11319

A super original British Art Pottery ginger jar and cover by Wilkinson’s from the Oriflamme range. This example feature with cloud like glazes in mauve, purple, red and yellow tones. The iside of the cover is glazed yellow with a lustre sheen. It is signed “B” on the underside for John Butler, their Art Director at this time.

It is unusual to still vase the cover intact.
