DOULTON LAMBETH – Stoneware TEAPOT with Silver Rim c1899 – stock #67817
A delightful small original late Victorian Doulton Lambeth stoneware teapot decorated with a tubelined design of blue flowers with brown leaves surrounded by tiny blue flowers on a Slaters Patent lace textured background. It has brown handle, knob and spout. The spout is decorated with some tubelined pattern and the top rim has a green band below a hall marked silver rim.
Silver rim is hallmarked with an Anchor for Birmingham and “Z” for 1899. A multitude of impressed and incised marks on the underside.
