Art & Crafts Copper Vases c1910 – stock #38718
A good looking pair of copper arts and crafts vase with a foot cylinder form with flared top. Decorated with a design of a stylised leaves and flowers within double lined borders. Typical “Keswick” shape and construction.
These vases are not marked or signed, so certain attribution is not possible. The form suggests a “Keswick” connection, either unmarked Keswick School of Industrial Art, W H Mawson Keswick Home Industries or possibly Thomas Sparks’ Youghal Art Metal Works in Ireland.
|Unmarked||One very good with slightly uneven foot and the other has a short split in the top rim and some shallow indents to side.|
